Hours Don’t Roll Over:
Unused hours expire at the end of each monthly cycle to keep scheduling consistent.
Additional Work:
If work exceeds 8 hours, it can be quoted or billed separately at the agreed rate before proceeding.
Payments:
Work begins once payment for the month is received (either via one-off purchase or auto-renew subscription).
Cancel Anytime:
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will end 30 days from the cancellation date.
